South Valley University Participates in the Fulbright Foreign Languages Conference


 

Under the patronage of Dr. Ahmed Akkawy, President of South Valley University, the university participated in the conference organized by Fulbright Egypt in collaboration with the Supreme Council of Universities on innovative approaches to foreign language teaching.

The event was attended by Dr. Magy Nassif, Executive Director of Fulbright Egypt, directors of language centers at Egyptian universities, and specialists in English language teaching from various institutions.

The conference aimed to explore the latest trends and developments in the field of foreign language instruction, while also drawing on the experiences of alumni of the Fulbright Foreign Language Teaching Assistant (FLTA) Program, marking the 20th anniversary of its establishment. In addition, the Regional English Language Office (RELO) of the U.S. Embassy in Cairo presented training opportunities available for faculty members and their teaching assistants at Egyptian universities.
