South Valley University organized the Second Annual Scientific Conference under the auspices of Prof. Dr. Abbas Mansour, President of the University and under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Mahmoud Khoddary, Vice President for Graduate Studies and Research, in the presence of Prof. Dr. Mohammed Abul Fadl Badran, Vice President for Education and Students Affairs. Prof. Dr. Abbas Mansour, President of the University, stressed the importance of scientific research and the role it plays in the progress of universities. Prof.Dr. Mohamed Abou El Fadl Badran, Vice President for Education and Student Affairs, praised the outstanding role of the Faculty of Science in the university and its participation with other faculties in many activities, pointing to the importance of scientific research and its role in the progress of societies. Prof. Dr. Mohammed Mahjoub Azzouz, Dean of the faculty of Science and President of the Conference, pointed out that this conference is an extension of the first annual scientific conference which was held successfully last year, stressing that the new in this conference is the participation and contribution of BSc students with scientific research next to their professors. The conference was attended by several former deans of the Faculty of Science and faculty members. The Conference was well-organized and overseen by the Organizing Committee of the Conference. Conference shields were presented to the guests participating in the conference.
