South Valley University organized the Annual Ceremony of Science Day for the university under the auspices of Prof. Dr. Abbas Mansour, the university president and Prof. Dr. Mahmoud Khodary , Vice President for Postgraduate to honor the winners of the university prizes for the year 2013-2014 for the scientific publishing , the best work of the author , the best work of the translator, professors and assistants professor , as well as who obtained doctoral and master theses of academic staff and administrative body at the university ..The university president pointed out that scientific research is the basis of the progress for Nations, as he praised the great development in South Valley University in this field , stressing the university keenness to provide funding and assistance as well as cooperation with foreign authorities for funding included the European Union , DAAD and other global research institutions, which seek to the Egyptian scholar for his seriousness and intelligence .As Prof. Dr. Mahmoud Khodary, Vice President for Postgraduate presented Awards of the Annual Ceremony of Science Day of the University and selection methods, which relied on very clear criteria, pointed that was presented (120) researchers for Publishing Awards which about (190) researches. At the end of the ceremony which was attended by Prof. Dr. Hefny Ismail, Vice President for Student Affairs , Prof. Dr. Sayed Taha, Vice President for Community Service and the deans and academic staff , their assistants and the university employees ,the winners of Scientific Publishing and degrees were honored for the year 2013-2014.
