South Valley University organizes a medical convoy to the village of El-Kenawyah, Nagaa Hammadi


Under the auspices of Prof. Dr. Youssef Gharbawy, President of South Valley University, the University’s community service and environmental development sector organized a medical convoy to the village of El-Kenawyah, Nagaa Hammadi, under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Ahmed Kamal Nassary, Vice-President for Community Service and Environmental Development Affairs.

According to the Vice-President of the University, the convoy examined and provided free treatment for 512 villagers, as follows: 65 internal cases, 92 cases of ophthalmia, 95 cases of orthopedic, 39 cases of ENT, 38 cases of obstetrics and gynecology, 77 cases of pediatrics, and 4 cases of psychiatric and neurological problems, in addition to 5 cases of people with special needs. The Addiction Control Fund also disseminated awareness about the risks of addiction and its risk to health and family and how to treat it.
