On Tuesday, Prof. Dr. Abbas Mansour, President of South Valley University, witnessed the phenomenon of partial lunar eclipse as a result of the conjunction of the moon with Saturn as part of organizing the first astronomical day organized by the University in cooperation with the National Institute of Astronomical and Geophysical Research.
