Dr. Ahmed Akkawi, President of South Valley University, and Major General Osama Abdel Hamid Dawood, Commander of the Popular and Military Defense Forces, attended the 79th awareness seminar organized by the Popular and Military Defense Forces at Egyptian universities and institutes. The seminar aimed to foster loyalty and belonging among young people and raise awareness of the dangers threatening Egypt’s national security.
The event was also attended by Dr. Abbas Mansour, former President of South Valley University, Dr. Badawi Shahat, Vice President for Education and Students Affairs, Dr. Mohamed Said, Vice President for Community Service and Environmental Development, Dr. Mohamed Wael, Vice President for Graduate Studies and Research, Dr. Mohamed Mahgoub Azouz, former President of Luxor University, Major General Samir Abdel Ghani, Lecturer at Nasser Military Academy, Colonel Mohamed El Koumi, Military Adviser to Qena Governorate, and Colonel Mostafa Said Abdel Rahim, Director of Military Education at the university, along with several military officers.
