South Valley University has announced the launch of the “Ideal Mother” competition for all female members of the university community, including faculty members, their assistants, administrative staff, and support service members across all faculties in Qena, central administrative departments, and university hospitals. The competition is held under the patronage of Dr. Ahmed Akawi, President of South Valley University, and Dr. Mohamed Said, Vice President for Community Service and Environmental Development.
Dr. Akawi emphasized the university’s appreciation for the vital role of women in advancing society intellectually and culturally, noting that society could not thrive without their contributions. He highlighted the importance of this award in promoting noble values, fostering family cohesion, and upholding respect, loyalty, and appreciation for mothers for their dedication and sacrifices.
