South Valley medical convoy in the village of Al-Yassiniyeh in Dishna


Under the patronage of Prof. Dr. Youssef Gharbawy, President of the University and the supervision of Dr. Ahmed Kamal Nasary, Vice President for Community Service and Environmental Development Affairs, the Community Service and Environmental Development Sector organized a medical convoy to the village of Al-Yassiniyeh in Dishna.

Dr. Ahmed Kamal Nasary indicated that the convoy examined 890 cases as follows:
⦁ 300 cases of internal medecine
⦁ 100 cases of ophthalmology
⦁ 100 cases of orthopedic
⦁ 50 cases of ENT
⦁ 45 cases of obstetrics and gynecology
⦁ 200 cases of pediatric
⦁ 87 cases of dermatology
⦁ 5 cases of neuropsychiatric illnesses
⦁ 3 cases of people with special needs

He also added that the Fund for Treating and Combating Addiction and Abuse has educated citizens of the village about the dangers of addiction and how to treat and prevent it. They also distributed leaflets and guiding posters on methods of treatment and prevention of addiction.
