Prof. Dr. Abbas Mansour, President of South Valley University, handed over contracts for self-financed research projects to the university for 2018 after the university president approved them in the presence of Dr. Mahmoud Khoddary, Vice President for Graduate Studies and Research. He stressed that the university pays a great attention to the importance of scientific research and is keen to encourage researchers to enter into partnerships in order to finance their research projects and to benefit from the transfer of expertise and enhance opportunities for joint cooperation with foreign universities and international research institutions and called for the need to make use of the existing laboratories and devices at the university. Prof. Dr. Mahmoud Khoddary, Vice President of the University for Postgraduate Studies and Research, talked about the participation of (13) faculties of the university with a total of 57 research projects and 14 research projects won the fund. a number of deans of the faculties, faculty members and their assistants witnessed the signing ceremony of the contracts.
