Mission of Centre


Implementing and applying concepts and practices of continuous self development of human resources professional abilities in Egyptian universities and higher education institutions to enhance outputs of higher university education in order to achieve adaptation with this age challenges as well as being updated to rules of the moral professional behavior of workers and employees higher education.

–   Making a distinctive contribution and transformation from being traditional universities to being advanced up-to-date universities that is updated to the knowledge community. It also aims at promoting SVU to the international levels in styles and methods of teaching and manipulating information technology.

–  From the above mentioned motivations, objectives of this FLDP objectives and mecahnisms have been determined as it is implemented in Egyptain universities in the form of courses of progressive lasting evaluation.

–   The FLDP includes training programmes which are targeted to every administrative and academic level. These training programmes are excuted in universities according to standards being proposed by the national committee of the project administration in coordination with universities. Guide for performing thes training programmes has been prepared which includes responsibility of the project administration and responsibilities of universities.

–  These programmes are funded in the form of courses, each program lasts for 6 months. Execution of these progreammes should be accoompanied with supervision, and periodical evaluation based on comparing the project actual results with the targeted results, determining points of deficiency to take effective procedures to get the highest benefit from resources and specified budgets for that purpose.
