Prof. Dr. Youssuf Gharbawy, President of South Valley University, participated in the Forum entitled “The Universities and New Students…Common Future” which was opened by Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research in the presence of a number of the Universities’ presidents. He asserted in his speech the political leadership support to the higher education in Egypt, referring to the unprecedented achievements in all universities which motivated everyone to exert more effort to develop it.
