Prof. Dr Youssef Ghorbawy, President of South Vally University, issued a decision mandating Dr Khaled Saad Sayed El-Kady, Professor at the Faculty of Education, to serve as Dean of Mass Communication faculty, It’s worth mentioning that Prof. Dr Khaled Saad has previously served as Director of the Centre for People with Needs, Vice Dean of the Faculty of Education, and then as Dean of the Faculty of Education, Qena branch.
Dr Khaled Saad published (23) research in the field of psychological health and psychological counselling for people with special needs in many Egyptian and Arab periodicals, (13) research projects to serve the local and Arab environment, and two books in the specializes of behavioural and emotional disorders.
