Dr. Ahmed Akkawi, President of South Valley University, met with the team working on the “My Entitlements” electronic application. The meeting was attended by Dr. Hemam El-Shazly, Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Computers and Information and Executive Director of the project, along with other project members.
The President of the university stated that the “My Entitlements” application is designed to assist employees and department managers in managing and tracking their bonuses easily, while reducing the manual data entry workload for entitlements staff. This shift aims to enhance transparency and accountability, as the application provides a clear overview of the bonus status and helps ensure accountability and fairness. Additionally, the application is intended to streamline and expedite the review and disbursement process of bonuses, leading to increased productivity and saving time for key entitlements staff, which would otherwise manually enter data.
