Dr. Youssef Gharbawy, President of the University, checked the Dome Library at Faculty of Arts, with the presence of Dr. Salah Selim, Dean of the Faculty, Dr. Waheed El-Din Taher, Vice Dean for Graduate Studies, and Dr. Ashraf Hakim, Vice Dean for Community Service and Environmental Development affairs.
Dr. Gharbawy stressed on the importance of preserving the library’s books, manuscripts, photo albums, maps and musical notes dating back to the royal age, pointing to the need to take advantage of this heritage in scientific research, and studying the necessary aspects of development of display methods of the library’s holdings.
