Dr. Ahmed Akkawi, President of South Valley University, and Dr. Sherif Khairy, Head of the Accounts and Financial Directorates Sector at the Ministry of Finance, attended a ceremony celebrating the completion of the integration of the university’s accounting units. The event was held at the university’s headquarters and was attended by several distinguished guests.
Among those present were Dr. Abbas Mansour, former university president; Dr. Badawy Shehat, Vice President for Education and Student Affairs; Dr. Mohamed Saeed, Vice President for Community Service and Environmental Development; deans of various faculties; and senior administrative officials, including Tareb Tolba, Assistant University Secretary, and Abdel-Razek Hussein, Assistant University Secretary.
The Ministry of Finance delegation included prominent officials, such as Mahmoud Hamdan Ahmed, Head of the Central Administration and Director of the Financial Directorate in Qena; Osama Abu Al-Fadl Taher, General Director of Financial Directorates; Ahmed Ismail Yaqoub, Head of the Advisory Sector at E-Finance; and key representatives from E-Finance, including Sami Hosni Mohamed, Haitham Mohamed Nasr El-Din from the Technical Office of the Sector Head, and Mustafa Awad, Head of Operations at E-Finance.
This event highlighted the successful integration of accounting units, reflecting South Valley University’s commitment to advancing financial management and adopting innovative technological solutions in collaboration with the Ministry of Finance and E-Finance.
