Under the auspices of Prof. Dr. Abbas Mansour, the university president, postgraduate sector was held a workshop on the research projects funded by researches fund at the university, in the presence of Prof. Dr. Mohamod Khodary, Vice president for postgraduate who confirmed that is an important sector in the university which provided opportunity for all researchers to do their studies and contributing in raising the community, adding that was discussed the results of the projects of (14) researchers ,and these projects serve south valley such as Recycling wastewater and reusing in drip irrigation to plant barley for researcher/ Rafat Shipa El Hamed Faculty of Agriculture and project of the treatment of cancer cells using nanoscale materials for researcher / Khalid bin Waleed, Faculty of Science in collaboration with Dr. Ali Rabea, Department of Neurosurgery in the university Hospital, ,as postgraduate sector was announced that the university council was approved on number of research projects which funding by (300 000) pounds for serving the development at the university .
