Participation of a student at the Faculty of Commerce in the International Simulation Model for the Climate Summit


Within the participation of South Valley University students in the Climate Summit in Sharm El-Sheikh under the patronage of Prof. Dr. Youssef Gharbawy, President of the University, Bishoy Ishaq, a student at the Faculty of Commerce in Qena, participated in the delegation of the International Simulation Model for the Climate Summit.

The student’s participation in the Climate Summit events included participation in the Blue and Green Zone, a panel discussion entitled “Finance Climate Action”, and a presentation of “Conclusion of the Simulation Model, Lessons Learned and Beyond Climate Summit”. This was in the presence of Dr. Mahmoud Mohieldin, a climate leader, and Mr. Alessandro Fracaste, representative of the United Nations Development Program, Dr. Sarah El-Khashin, Professor of Economics and Political science and Head of the Model, and officials of the United Nations Development Program.
