under the auspices of Governor of Qena General Abdel Hamid El Hagan and President of the University Prof. Abbas Mansour in collaboration with Deputy Minister of Youth and Sports in Qena Mr. Mohammed Fangary, SVU received 2000 youth to participate in the Dialogue of Enlightenment to discuss many issues about Qena. General Abdel Hamid El Hagan referred to that tolerance is the best solution to achieve many demands as human rights, democracy, pluralism, partnership, and accept the other. Additionally, Prof. Abbas Mansour talked about the necessity of accepting the other and considering tolerance as an important necessity in life politically and legally to spread the culture of peace and coexistence. Besides, Prof. Mohammed Abul Fadal Badran, Vice President for Students’ Affairs, declares that the dialogue would be held for two days with the participation of 2000 youth from the different centers and villages of Qena. He added that the dialogue would be a way to develop the government, spread the culture of moderation and tolerance and renounce violence and terrorism. Moreover, Sheikh Mohammed Altarawy, Deputy Minister of Awqaf, asserted that all the religions ordered us to be tolerance, forgive when we are able and unite against the wrong ideas. At the end, a dialogue was held about the health system in the government, the university hospitals at SVU and the youth centers to discuss their role in the development.
