On March 18, 2017, the 5th artistic forum was opened by President of the University Prof. Dr. Abbas Mansour under the auspices of Minister of Higher Education Dr. Khaled Atef Abdel Ghaffar, Minister of Youth and Sports Eng. Khaled Abdel-Aziz , Governor of Qena General Abdel Hamid El Hagan and Secretary General of the Association of Arab Universities Dr. Sultan Abu-Orabi. The forum was opened by the word of Prof. Dr. Abbas Mansour who welcomed the participating universities and praising the forum’s organization and universities’ presence especially Arish University that insisted on participating however the circumstances in Sinai. The forum included 11 Egyptian Universities and will last for 6 days.
