As part of the continuous monitoring of development projects at South Valley University, Dr. Ahmed Akkawy, President of the University, inspected the Central Library Complex in the presence of Dr. Mohamed Said, Vice President for Community Service and Environmental Development, along with a group of university leaders.
The Central Library Complex has been upgraded to include the Main Library, Digital Library, Dome Library, Knowledge Embassy, and the Career Development Center.
During the visit, the university president directed the establishment of a new entrance specifically designed to accommodate students with special needs, ensuring easier and more convenient access to library services. He emphasized the university’s commitment to ensuring that all new constructions meet accessibility standards for people with disabilities, facilitating their access to services. Additionally, he stressed the importance of maintaining aesthetic and urban design standards in all university developments.
