Prof. Dr. Youssef Ghrabawy, President of the University declared that a group from Projects Management Unit of the ministry made a visit to receive a number of projects that are funded by the ministry, within the innovation projects program for higher education students.
The number of funded projects totaled 4 projects as providing educational media for students with special needs of Faculty of Arts .
Dr. Khaled Ibn al-Walid, Manager of Projects Management Unit added that; there are 3 projects in the electronics and nanometric devices lab of Faculty of ٍScience which are:
– DNA for improving the chances of planting Moringa in the polluted environments.
– Producing lenses with high refractive index by using agricultural waste.
– Using green nanotechnology to treat cancer.
