Dr. Ahmed Akawy, President of South Valley University, attended a workshop organized by the Supreme Council of Universities. The workshop, which was attended by Dr. Ayman Ashour, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, focused on discussing ideas and approaches for implementing a foundational year for enrollment in private and national universities. The workshop also included the presence of Dr. Ashraf Hanjal, President of Suez University, along with the Presidents of various public, private, and national universities, as well as the secretaries of the councils and senior ministry leaders.
At the outset, Dr. Ayman Ashour welcomed the university presidents and emphasized the importance of holding this workshop to exchange ideas and perspectives on the mechanisms for applying the foundational year for university admission.
