Dr. Khalid Abdel Ghaffar, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, announced that he has extended the submission for “Ideation Fund Corona Call” initiative to Thursday, April 2, due to the overwhelming response from scientists, researchers and innovators to the initiative.
The Academy of Scientific Research and Technology has allocated 30 million pounds for the initiative, which aims to invite Egyptian researchers and innovators inside and outside Egypt to submit innovative research proposals within the “Ideation Fund” program to find alternative solutions for the lack of treatment and health capabilities in order to confront the coronavirus.
Proposals will be submitted by ASRT E-Submission System via www.asrt.sci.eg .
