Meeting on the Development of the “Mostahaqati” Application


            within the framework of South Valley University’s strategic steps toward digital transformation and full e-governance of financial resources, Professor Ahmed Akkawi, President of the University, held a meeting to review the progress of the development of the “Mostahaqati” (My Entitlements) application following the successful completion of its first phase.

        The meeting was attended by Professor Emad Ali Amer, Dean of the Faculty of Computers and Information; Mr. Abdel-Razek Hussein, Assistant Secretary of the University; Mr. Tarek Kadry, Director General of Human Resources; Mr. Mahmoud Khalifa, Director General of Accounts and Budget; Mr. Ahmed Gharib, representative of the Ministry of Finance at the University; Ms. Amani Saad and Ms. Marguerite Al-Qommos Marcus, auditors at the Central Accounts Department; as well as student Ahmed Hashem from the Faculty of Computers and Artificial Intelligence.

          Prof. Akkawi explained that the second phase of the application’s development builds upon the achievements of the first phase, as “Mostahaqati” constitutes one of the pioneering initiatives for the digital governance of financial resources within the University. He further highlighted that integration has begun between the Lecture Halls application and “Mostahaqati”, enabling transparent governance in the disbursement of teaching hour entitlements for faculty members.
