In the context of the 9th Environmental week organized by SVU under the auspices of Minister of Higher Education Dr. Khaled Atef Abdel Ghaffar and President of the University Prof. Dr. Abbas Mansour, a marathon was organized with the participation of 250 students from various faculties. Prof. Dr. Abbas Mansour asserted the importance of organizing sports competitions referring to the big role of Environmental Development and community Service Sector in developing the surrounding region through various convoys and Literacy activities .At the end ,he gave the prizes to the students with the first places in the marathon.
