Introduction of the Digital Maintenance Application at South Valley University


         Prof. Ahmed Akawy, President of South Valley University, reviewed the newly developed electronic maintenance application (named Siyana), in the presence of Eng. Gamal Malak, a programmer at the University’s Information Center.

        During the session, the President examined the application’s interface, modules, user authorizations, reporting functions, and performance indicators provided by the system.

        Prof. Akawy emphasized that the application is designed to deliver comprehensive data on maintenance progress rates, evaluate technicians’ performance, and document the spare parts installed across various faculties and administrative departments of the University. This digital transformation initiative aims to enhance operational efficiency, ensure accurate monitoring, and improve the overall quality of services provided at the institutional level.
