Dr. Khaled Abdel Halim, Governor of Qena, and Dr. Ahmed Akaoui, President of South Valley University, attended the celebration of the International Day of Persons with Disabilities, organized by South Valley University in partnership with the “Decent Life” Foundation as part of the “Speak, We’ll Listen” initiative. The event took place at the university’s indoor sports hall.
The celebration was attended by Dr. Badawy Shahat, Vice President for Education and Student Affairs; Dr. Mohamed Said, Vice President for Community Service and Environmental Development; Dr. Mohamed Wael, Vice President for Postgraduate Studies and Research; Dr. Hazem Omar, Deputy Governor of Qena; Dr. Hussein Abu El-Magd, Director of the Disability Center at South Valley University; Colonel Ahmed Ismat Abdel Hamid, Director of the “Decent Life” Office in Qena Governorate; Colonel Ali Kamel Mohamed Ali, Deputy Military Advisor for Qena Governorate; Engineer Mohamed Adel Omar, General Coordinator of “Decent Life”; and deans, vice deans, faculty members, and representatives of the “Decent Life” Foundation, along with various public figures and community leaders.
