Prof. Dr. Youssef Ghrabawy, President of South Valley University, has announced the start of the first round of elections for students’ union of faculties and institutes of South Valley University in Qena and Hurghada for the academic year 2020/2021 today, December 20, from 9 am to 3 pm .
Dr. Ghrabawy confirmed that the electoral process is proceeding according to the schedule since candidacy was opened on December 10, adding that the precautionary measures were taken to confront the Corona virus in the various stages of the electoral process. Prof. Dr. Ahmed Akkawy, Vice President for Postgraduate and Research and Head of the University’s Supreme Elections Committee, also checked on the smooth running of the electoral process.
