Under the patronage of Dr. Ahmed Akkawy, President of South Valley National University. And the supervision of Dr. Abdul Rahim Youssef, Director of the Engineering Program at South Valley National University. South Valley National University Youth Welfare organized a scientific visit for students of the Engineering program to the BEDO factory for the development of educational technologies, the design, the manufacture of Engineering, technological education laboratories & equipment in the 6th of October City, during the visit the students listened to a full explanation from Eng. Mohamed Samy, CEO of BEDO Factory, Engineers, and technicians in the various factory departments about engineering laboratories in all disciplines in all production lines, and had practical training on all types of automatic metalworking machines (CNC lathes and fries). Moreover, various scientific lectures were given to students by Engineer Mohammed Samy – CEO of BEDO Factory, titled: “Renewable energy management systems”, “HR & Talent Acquisition” and the skills required in the labor market, such as how CV works, how to apply on different training platforms, how successfully pass Interview, and the difference between internships training.
Dr. Abdul Raheem Yousef added that interest in scientific visits helps students link the educational process to the labor market and learn more about the market requirements.
