Under the patronage of Prof. Dr. Ahmed Akkawy, President of the University, Dr. Muhammad Saeed, Vice President of the University for Community Service and Environmental Development Affairs, and the supervision of Dr. Imad Ali Amer, Dean of the Faculty of Computers and Information at South Valley University, the Faculty received field visits from several schools in Qena city, including Hamid Suleiman Preparatory School for Boys, New Republic Secondary School, Fatima Al-Zahraa Secondary School and Sadat Primary School, in order to educate students about the importance of computers, technology, and artificial intelligence in scientific and practical life.
The visitors were received by Dr. Nada Mubarak, computer science teacher at the faculty, and Dr. Abdel Rahman Abdel Nazeer, teaching assistant in the Department of Computer Science, where they made inspection tours to the faculty, laboratories, and the library, in order to develop the talents of top students in science and technology within the framework of the Executive Office’s initiative, “A student aware of artificial intelligence and technology.”
