Under the patronage of Professor Dr. Ahmed Akkawi, President of Qena University, and Professor Dr. Ashraf Mohamed Moussa, Vice President of the University for Education and Student Affairs, the internal five-a-side football league for male students from the University’s faculties concluded for the 2026/2027 academic year, with the Faculty of Commerce claiming first place and the Faculty of Human Medicine securing second place, following a series of highly competitive and enthusiastic matches among the participating teams.
The tournament was organized by the University’s General Administration for Student Welfare, represented by the Sports Activities Department, as part of the University’s commitment to supporting sports and student activities, discovering athletic talents, developing students’ abilities, and promoting fair competition, teamwork, and a strong sense of belonging to the University.
