Prof. Dr Khaled Abdel Ghaffar, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, issued a decision appointing Dr Mohamed Abdel Hady Ali Mahdy, teacher of animal anatomy and embryology at the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine at South Valley University in Qena branch, as a member of the Scientific Research Ethics Council, as one of the scientific formations in the specific council’s sector of the Academy of Scientific Research and Technology.
Prof. Dr Mahmoud Mohamed Saqr, President of the Scientific Research and Technology Academy, sent a telegram congratulating Dr Mohamed Abdel Hady Ali, Teacher at South Valley University- Qena branch, for his appointment as a member of the Academy’s Scientific Research Ethics council, stressed that Egypt is witnessing an era of unprecedented renaissance in all fields, and pointed out the important role of the Scientific research Ethics Council as strategic thought and foresight for the future to confront all the challenges that Egypt might face to achieve the strategic objectives consistent with the Strategy of Science, Technology and Innovation and Egypt’s Strategy for Sustainable Development”Vision 2030″
The formation of the Scientific Research Ethics Council at the Academy of Scientific Research consists of 15 members, headed by Magdy Jibril Shehata, the Faculty of Science- at Ain Shams University, and the membership of Dr Noha Gamal El-Din Samy Badr El-Din at the National Research Center, Dr Sobhy Mohamed Abdel-Qader El-Sayed, the Faculty of Engineering- the Japanese University, Dr Nadia Mohamed Hamdy Mohamed El-Fany, the Faculty of Pharmacy- Ain Shams University, Dr Saad Zaky Mohamed Nassar, the Faculty of Agriculture- Cairo University, Dr Samia Hassan Rizk Hassan, the Faculty of Medicine- Cairo University, Dr Bahaa Galal El-Sayed Darwish, the Faculty of Arts- Minya University, Dr Nabil Abdullah Abdel-Maqsoud, the Faculty of Medicine- Cairo University, Dr Said Salem Hammad Gweily, the Faculty of Law- Zagazig University, Dr Mohamed Mohamed Abdel-Dayem Rizk, the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine- Suez Canal University, Dr Rehab Fawzy Abdel Rahman, the National Research Center and Dr Mohamed Abdel-Hady Ali Mahdy, the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine at South Valley University.
