Simulation’s sessions were held at the university under the auspices of President of the University Prof. Dr. Abbas Mansour to qualify the academic staff for leadership .At the beginning, Prof. Dr. Abbas Mansour referred to the objective of that model that was the practical implementation to discuss the university issues from a new youth perspective. Then, Prof. Dr. Hussein Abdel Basset, Manager of Strategic Planning Center, added that the first discussed issues was increasing opportunities of partnership with the international universities. The trainers were divided into groups to take steps in establishing the International Cooperation and Knowledge Exchange Unit at the university. At the end, Prof. Dr. Mahmoud Sayed Abdel Sadek, Manager of EU projects at the university, referred to the facilities provided by the university to finance that projects.
