Decisions of the University Council Board

South Valley University Council Board approved appointment in the position of professor for:

•  Prof. Dr. Fathi Ahmed Abdullah as a Professor of Geology at the Faculty of Science
•  Prof. Dr. Faraj Kadri Khodairy as a professor at the Department of Oriental Languages at the Faculty of Arts
• Prof. Dr. Obaid Mohammed Ahmed Ibrahim as a Professor in the Department of Agricultural Plants – Faculty of Agriculture

The Board approved the appointment in the position of assistant professor for:
Prof. Dr. Mohamed Abdul Sabour Faculty of Veterinary Medicine
The Board approved the appointment of 6 teachers in different faculties. The Council decided to grant a PhD degree to 5 students from different faculties of the university. The Council also approved granting a master’s degree to 13 students from the faculties of the university. The Council also approved granting the successful students in the final year in May role, 2018 bachelor degree for 391 students at the Faculty of Specific Education, 90 students at the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine and 69 students at the Faculty of Tourism and Hotels.
