The workshops’ events of International Summer School
continue, which is held in Gouna on June 15-19, 2014 in cooperation with
Free University of Berlin in the presence of (45) academic staff at
Germany universities and Egyptian under the auspices of Prof. Dr. Abbas
Mansour, the University president
While Prof. Dr Sayed Taha, Vice President community service stressed on
the importance of the project to benefit from the capabilities of
individuals for providing a suitable environment for all , where the
project will provide a suitable climate for female of academic staff and
the university students in education and work, he also pointed out to
the university’s effort in program of equal opportunities for females in
education , as well as the project’s members participated with different
workshops headed by Prof. Dr. Jehan Rajeb , project coordinator at the
university.
Moreover, Prof. Dr. Jehan Rajab , project coordinator thanked Prof. Dr.
Abbas Mansour, the university president for his attention to the project
activities, where Prof. Dr Sayed Taha, Vice President community service
delivered the opening speech , and in the second day was begun with
lecture on raising the awareness among two gender in higher education ,
in addition to (3) workshops and participation of the academic staff at
south valley university with presenting the efforts of the project at
the university by providing suitable environment and solving the
problems of females of academic staff and students through the
continuing support from the university president , adding that the
events will continue to June 19, 2014
