As part of the cooperation protocol between the Faculty of Agriculture at South Valley University and the Executive Agency for Comprehensive Development Projects at the Ministry of Agriculture, aimed at implementing the Climate Change Project in Upper Egypt, Prof. Dr. Ahmed Okkaoui, President of the University, oversaw the delivery of an advanced wheat harvesting machine (equipped with self-harvesting, binding, and bundling functions) to the Faculty of Agriculture. The machine will be utilized in both educational and research activities.
The event was attended by Prof. Dr. Essam Abdelhadi, Dean of the Faculty of Agriculture; Prof. Dr. Mohamed Ali, former Dean and Supervisor of the University Farms; Eng. Adel Gaber, Consultant for the Climate Change Project; Eng. Eman Abdelrahim, Director of the Qena Office; Eng. Mohamed Mahdi, Project Coordinator; along with a number of administrative leaders.
