Under the patronage of Prof. Dr. Youssef Gharbawy and with the participation of trainees from different departments and faculties, the training program which was held in the period from 9 to 11 February had come to an end. In addition to explaining the life cycle of a team, its components, and how to create an effective team, the program dealt with the importance of teamwork, developing interpersonal relationship skills, team spirit and the role of communication skills in forming a work team.
