Under the patronage of Prof. Dr. Youssef Gharbawy and with the participation of departments’ managers, the training program of developing the skills of departments’ managers which was held in the period from 9 to 13 February had come to an end. In addition to developing the managerial, leadership and supervisory skills, the program included legal and administrative aspects.
