Dr. Ahmed Akkawi, President of South Valley University, attended the closing ceremony of the first edition of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research’s initiative to support and empower students with special needs from Egyptian universities. The event was held in the presence of Dr. Mohamed Ayman Ashour, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Ahmed Fouad Hano, Minister of Culture, Dr. Mohamed Gibran, Minister of Labor, Mohamed Abdel Latif, Minister of Education, Engineer Abdel Muttaleb Amara, Governor of Luxor, Dr. Mostafa Refaat, Secretary of the Supreme Council of Universities, along with a number of heads of public and private universities, public and executive leaders, and widespread participation from students across various Egyptian universities.
