Governor of Qena General Abdel Hamid El Hagan and President of the University Prof. Abbas Mansour witnessed the closing ceremony of the integrated activities day organized by Sport & Youth Directorate in collaboration with SVU with the participation of 200 youth from different youth centers, SVU, Directorate of Education and the church. General Abdel Hamid El Hagan referred to the objective of those activities that was accepting the other, considering tolerance as an important necessity in life and spreading citizenship ideas. Besides, Prof. Abbas Mansour talked about the necessity of exploiting the youth’s energy and directing it towards building the home, renouncing violence and terrorism and encouraging them to adhere to the correct religious values. Moreover, Prof. Mohammed Abul Fadal Badran, Vice President for Students’ Affairs, asserted that all the religions ordered us to be tolerance, forgive when we are able and unite against the wrong ideas.
