Prof. Dr Youssef Gharbawy, President of South Valley University, expressed his great happiness for the effective role played by the Career Development Center in cooperation with Certiport Company in developing the entrepreneurial skills of faculty members and the assistant staff, emphasized that the faculty member’s interest in support the educational and research process which reflects the continuous desire for personal and institutional development, The President thanked the Career Development Centre, its members, volunteer students, alumni and Certiport Company for its cooperation with the university and praised the need to provide more developing skills for the university’s employees, This has attended by Prof. Dr Ahmed Kamal Nassary, Vice President for Community Service and Environment Development Affairs, and Mr Mazen Hanna, Director of Certiport company.
Dr Mohamed Omran, director of the Career Development Center, indicated that developing such skills achieves one of the Centre Goals in preparing a large number of faculty members to convey their skills of entrepreneurship, small projects and self-employment to the university students and graduates which will improve their labor market skills, stated that the number of faculty members participation is 135 from17 faculties which means a clear desire for professional development, and stressed the continuation of training the students and graduates through the faculty members who have prepared for this task.
At the end of the ceremony, the President, with the Vice-President, and the Director of Certiport company, made an exchange of University Shield and Certeport Company Shield and distributed international certifications to the trainees.
