Under the patronage of the university president, the Career Development Center continues to implement the training program (Professional Administrative and Financial Manager) for the seventh and eighth groups, which includes 45 university staff members. The program aims to build and develop the capabilities of university personnel across all sectors in administrative and financial skills.
The university president emphasized the institution’s vision of developing human resources to align with the national vision for sustainable development and it’s Vision 2030. He indicated that this program will be followed by various other training programs.
Dr. Mohamed Omran, Director of the Career Development Center, noted that the program includes 10 main themes that enhance communication skills, teamwork, effective leadership, problem-solving, guidance, motivation, and effective presentation, in addition to technical and financial skills and change management skills.
Dr. Omran also added that a total of 185 participants have been trained so far and that the trainers are a distinguished selection of faculty members and certified trainers from the center. The training groups consist of different job categories to unite all members of the institution towards a common goal of personal and institutional development.
