Prof. Dr. Ayman Ashour, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, issued a decision appointing Prof. Dr. Ahmed Akkawy as acting president of South Valley University as of 1\8\2023, succeeding Prof. Dr. Youssuf Gharbawy until the procedures’ completion of appointing new president for the university.
