Prof. Dr. Abbas Mansour, the University president attended the annual ceremony of science day, which organized by the university to honor the winners of incentive awards and scientific publishing as well as who obtained professor degree , assistant professor , master’s and doctorate at the university , while Prof. Dr. Abbas Mansour stressed that the university is keen to support the research activities and researchers, besides encouraging their participation in research projects and competitive in addition to the publication in international research journals , moreover , he congratulated the winners’ students at Faculty of Engineering of 3rd rank in the hybrid car competition, which was held in the United Arab Emirates .
On the other hand, Mrs. Taroob Tolba, general manager of postgraduate explained role of the administration in organizing this event and the arbitration proceedings for obtaining these awards.
The ceremony was attended by Prof. Dr. Hefny Ismail, Vice President for Student Affairs, Prof. Dr. Sayed Taha, Vice President for Community Service, Prof. Dr. Mahmoud Khodary, former vice president of the university, the deans and academic staff .
