Major General Ashraf Gharib Al-Dawadi, Governor of Qena and Prof. Dr. Youssef Gharbawi, President of South Valley University, have opened an integrated educational center “Vision”, for people special needs and with visual disabilities, in a way that supports all educational programs and curricula provided for people with visual. “Vision”, the university opens its doors to all activities that support people with special capabilities specially people with visual disabilities in order to enable people with visual disabilities to coexist and accept the other.
