Under the patronage of Prof. Dr. Youssef Gharbawy, President of South Valley University, the Engineering Committee at National University, headed by Prof. Dr. Ahmed Akkawy, Vice President for Postgraduate and Research, checked the locations in order to start preparing the general plan of it.
