A training program for sanitary conditions in the restaurants of the university Dormitories at SVU


In the framework of attention to the health care at South Valley University and under the auspices of Prof. Dr. Abbas Mansour, the university president was held a training program for sanitary conditions of restaurants and kitchens at the university dormitories, the Central restaurant and university Hotel , where the university President confirmed that the university interested in the quality of the university Restaurants constantly and the safety of food that provided to students
While the training program aims to train employees in the field of various restaurants at the university to follow hygiene and proper ways in their work, as Dr. Adel Ahmed, assistant professor at Faculty of Veterinary Medicine pointed that this training program reflects the the university’s keenness to pay attention to the health affairs and the sanitary conditions in the restaurants and kitchens in order to avoid the food poisoning by following the proper methods in food.
As Mr. Abdul Rahim Abdul Wahab , General Director of organization and management added that the training program was held in the period from March 4 to 6, 2014 in the training Hall at Faculty of Agriculture and the lectures delivered by Dr. Adel Al- Sayed , assistant professor at Faculty of Veterinary Medicine , and Dr. Hassan Abdel -Majid lecturer at Faculty of Veterinary Medicine , Mustafa Abdel Samie Sadek , demonstrator at Faculty Veterinary , moreover Mrs. Eman Faris , Director of the training organization and management added that the program included ( 42) trainees of employees at restaurants , kitchens , central restaurant and the university hotel , as well as Chief Restaurant , cooker and chef .
