A multidisciplinary convoy from South Valley University examined 805 cases in Nag Saeed, Dishna


As part of the participation in the presidential initiative “Haya Karima” under the auspices of Prof. Dr. Youssef Gharbawi, President of the University, and the supervision of Dr. Ahmed Kamal Nasari, Vice President for Community Affairs and Environmental Development, a multidisciplinary convoy was organized to the village of Nag Saeed in Dishna.

Dr. Youssef Gharbawi indicated that the medical convoy examined and treated 805 cases, including 200 cases of ophthalmia, 150 orthopedic cases, 75 ENT cases, 50 OB/GYN cases, 55 pediatric cases, 100 cases of skin diseases, 70 cases of the digestive system, 80 psychological and neurological cases, and 25 cases of pediatric nerves, confirming that all services and treatment were provided free of charge.

Dr. Ahmed Kamal Nassari added that 12 cases of children with special needs have been evaluated to assess them and provide guidance to their families towards the best treatment and follow-up methods. The Addiction Control Group also conducted awareness meetings with people of different age groups to emphasize the dangers of addiction and prevent falling prey to it.
