A medical team headed by Dr. Abdullah Taha in Surgery Department at the University Hospital , Dr. Mohamed Mubarak , Dr. Mukhtar Ahmed and Mustafa Ashraf succeeded in removing a large tumor in the neck for a lady from Shalateen, where the surgery was conducted in three hours for the first time at the hospital, while Dr. Abdullah Taha confirmed that the patient was one of (50) cases were transferred from convoy of Haliab and Shalateen , as well as the university president stressed on providing medical service for them , on the other hand, the Surgery Department headed by Dr. Mohamed El Amaary , head of the department declared that the department was received more than (400) surgery cases since the emergency department was opened, stressing on providing high medical service for patient .
