A cooperation agreement between South Valley University and the Command of the Southern Military District to implement an Affiliated building of the outpatient clinics.


Prof. Dr Youssef Gharbawy, President of South Valley University, and Major General Moheb Habashy Khalil, Commander of the Southern Military District, signed an agreement between the University and the Southern Military District Command to implement the construction project of an affiliated building of outpatient clinics at South Valley University, in the presence of Prof. Dr Ahmed Akawy, Vice- president of the University for Post-Graduate and Research Affairs, Prof. Dr Ahmed Kamal Nassary, Vice-President of the University for Community Service and Environmental Development Affairs, Prof. Dr Badawy Shahat, Vice- President of the University for Education and Students Affairs, Brigadier General of War Ibrahim Mahmoud Shama, Head of the Engineering Division of the Southern Military District,  Colonel Ahmed Araby, Commander of the Qena Military Sector, and Dr Arafa Mahmoud, the engineering counsellor of the university.

The president of the university indicated that this agreement comes within the framework of the efficiencies and distinguished efforts of the Armed Forces in cooperation with all state sectors, added that the affiliated building of outpatient clinics will be on an area of ​​approximately 3,500 square meters and will consist of a ground floor, five floors above and contain a group of administrative offices, a library, and meeting rooms to serve doctors and employee of the university hospitals
